This page covers the tendre.AI website: what we process when you browse it, buy a licence, or write to us.

Browsing

You can browse the site without an account. Our server keeps technical logs, the date, the page requested and what your browser sends, to keep the service running and secure.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which keeps technical logs of its own for the same purpose.

Buying a licence

To sell and deliver a licence we keep the order reference, the amount, the payment method, the transaction reference, your email address when you give us one, and your licence identifier with its credit balance. The legal bases are the performance of the contract and our accounting obligations.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, which receives your card details directly. We never have access to them. Crypto payments are read from public blockchains: we keep only the amount and the transaction reference.

Writing to us

When you use the contact form we keep your message, and your email address if you give one, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

Age verification

Reaching some content requires a check once per session. We store only a non-identifying session proof, a token and its expiry, in a server-side httpOnly cookie. It holds no personal data and cannot be used to identify you.

Audience measurement

We measure where visits and sales come from. That uses one first-party cookie, kept for 30 days, which remembers the source of your first visit until a possible purchase.

There is no third-party script, no advertising cookie and no advertising profiling on this site. The events we record hold no IP address and no identifier that could single you out: only a source, a campaign, a country and the type of event. We neither sell nor rent any data.

Who acts on our behalf

Our host FlokiNET ehf, Iceland, on a dedicated server located in Romania. Cloudflare for delivery and protection. Our payment provider for card payments. Each acts on our instructions under a processing agreement.

Some are established outside the European Union. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, a copy of which you may request.

How long we keep it

Orders and invoicing: 10 years, an accounting obligation.

Licence and credits: for the life of the licence, then one year.

Support exchanges: three years after the last contact.

Attribution cookie: 30 days.

Server logs: 12 months.

Age session proof: the length of the session.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing and its portability. You may object to a processing, withdraw your consent at any time, and leave instructions about what becomes of your data after your death.

The service is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe otherwise, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
