Turbo vs Full: choosing a cloud video model

Cloud rendering in the Create a video tab offers two models, LTX 2.3 Turbo and LTX 2.3 Full, trading speed and cost against resolution, length and extra features. Both need an activated license.

1. Turbo, fast and cheap

Turbo is a lightweight distilled model: 480p only, up to 10 seconds, with synchronized sound, for 2 credits per 5-second segment. It is the cheapest and quickest way to check a shot before committing to a longer render.

2. Full, the finished clip

Full keeps the higher resolutions (720p, and 1080p for short muted clips), allows clips up to 20 seconds, and unlocks character voice and guided camera moves on top of sound. It costs more credits per clip and is meant for a version you plan to keep.

3. When to pick which

Use Turbo to iterate quickly on a prompt or a motion idea, getting several attempts for the credit cost of one Full clip. Switch to Full once the shot, prompt and timing are right and you want the finished version, with a camera move or a voiced line.

4. Changing models

The Model selector sits near the top of the Create a video form, right under the render engine buttons, whenever Cloud is selected. It only applies to Create a video, not Transition, and it is a per-generation choice, so you can switch back and forth between clips.
