Upscale: increase image resolution

The Upscale tab doubles the resolution of an image you already have, adding detail rather than just stretching pixels. Since no sampler runs, the content stays identical, just larger and sharper, unlike the "High (2K)" option in Settings, which only applies at the end of a fresh generation. Upscaling runs on your own GPU, so the source image never leaves your machine.

1. Choose images

Open the Upscale tab and click Choose images. Pick one file or several at once, from a past generation or an image imported from outside the app; they line up in a list with a preview of each.

2. Run Upscale x2

Click Upscale x2 to start. If the local engine is not running yet, a prompt lets you start TendreEngine first. Each image is processed in turn; a progress bar shows which one is currently running, and you can cancel at any time without losing the images already finished.

3. Review the result

Once an image finishes, its card shows the new dimensions, for example 2048 x 1152. Every upscaled image is saved and added to your gallery automatically, so you can find it later like any other generation. Use Clear list to empty the queue when you are done.
